Originally from the picturesque town of Nocera in Salerno, Italy, Chef Carmine brings over ten years of experience in authentic Italian cuisine to Le Sorelle. As our head chef, he leads with passion and pride—honouring the timeless flavours, wines, and culinary traditions of his homeland.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fab little restaurant. Food was lovely. We had various dishes and enjoyed them all. Fresh garlic bread, olives with chilli, pate, muscles, meatballs. All delicious. Mains were seafood marinara, beef stroganoff, chicken with a pepper sauce. Every dish was tasty. Service was excellent and we finished off with house shots of lemonchello. Thank you to all the friendly staff who catered for us.

Of course many will rember it as Ambrosinis, but its under new ownership and is far, far better. Truly qualified and kind staff, plus just speaking in Italian is priceless.  The food is really of excellent quality and as I told the manager that,he also advised us on how to choose how to eat I really felt at home.  and once done the service was really quick. Personally, from the starter to the main course, everything was truly excellent.  I really recommend it to everyone and finally, it's a really excellent value for money,but compared to what you eat it's really worth it.  It will definitely be a regular stop if I return to Blackpool.  Congratulations indeed to all the staff.
